Bobbie Kilberg, een Key Executive binnen Luna Innovations, had dankzij George W. Bush een adviesfunctie binnen de <\/span>President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology<\/a>. Een van de speerpunten van deze denktank:<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span>\u201cwoefully inadequate\u201d in the context of current technology. He said the most significant step American society needs to take is adapting laws to the 21st Century challenge of fighting terrorism.
