{"id":907,"date":"2008-01-13T22:33:00","date_gmt":"2008-01-13T22:33:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/johnito.nl\/blog\/?p=907"},"modified":"2012-01-28T00:47:06","modified_gmt":"2012-01-28T00:47:06","slug":"groeiende-onrust-in-pakistan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/johnito.nl\/blog\/2008\/01\/13\/groeiende-onrust-in-pakistan\/","title":{"rendered":">Groeiende onrust in Pakistan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">In mijn blog over <a href=\"http:\/\/johnito.blogspot.com\/2007\/12\/benazir-bhutto-gedood-bij-aanslag-doden.html\">de moord op Benazir Bhutto<\/a> schreef ik het volgende:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Dit gaat vermoedelijk zeer grote gevolgen hebben voor de stabiliteit in de regio. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: italic;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Nu, achttien dagen later, is de volkswoede zo groot dat legerofficieren, gelieerd aan dictator Musharraf, geadviseerd wordt om niet in uniform over de Bazaar te lopen:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Feelings are running so high that officers have been advised not to venture into the bazaar in uniform for fear of reprisals.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">En de onrust beperkt zich niet alleen tot burgers, maar is ook te vinden onder de militaire top en bij een voormalige <a href=\"http:\/\/johnito.blogspot.com\/2008\/01\/sibel-edmonds-klapt-uit-de-school-over.html\">ISI<\/a>-topman:<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p> Asad Durrani, a retired general, headed the notorious Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) bureau during the 1990 elections when, he admits, it spent millions of dollars to prevent Bhutto being voted back into power.
